Check the entry requirements
Check your course information to see the academic requirements you will need to meet. This includes any additional requirements like auditions, interviews or portfolios.
Some courses with additional requirements have specific closing dates. Make sure you check these on your course information.
You will need to meet the English language level required for your course. We accept results from a variety of standardised tests. We also accept prior successful study in English as a pre-requisite standard.
Please note: EBU does not provide study visas. To study on-campus you must be an EU citizen. As part of streamlined visa processing, we must ensure that your application is genuine and that you can successfully complete your planned study. We will consider a range of personal and academic factors when we assess your application, including:
You can explain why you chose to apply for this course, and how it will benefit your future career prospects when you apply.
STEP 2: Check Costs and Scholarship Payment Plans
You can check your course information to see the indicative tuition fees for your course. We review fees each year, and your fees might change depending on how many credit points you enrol in. Current fees are available here.
Fees are payable in full one month prior to the commencement of the study term. Early bird payments attract a 5% discount in tuition fees. Scholarship payment plans are available as term-by-term payment plans. In some cases, monthly payment plans are available for students in difficult circumstances upon approval from EBU Department of Finance.
Your offer letter will let you know what your indicative fees are for a full-time study period.
Tuition fees usually increase every year. Read the international student fee policy and refund policy before you accept your offer.
There are extra fees you need to consider before applying to EBU. These include:
Any full tuition payments made 60 days before start of the term benefit from a 5% discount. Please advise admission@ebu.lu or student.finance@ebu.lu if you wish to make an early-bird payment.
You must have access to sufficient funds to cover the full cost of your studies. This includes tuition, study costs and living expenses (if on-campus). Review your budget before applying.
We offer scholarships at certificate level only. For all other courses, discounts can be gained through early-bird payment. Scholarships at other degree levels are only sort in the way of term-by-term or monthly payment plans which incur a credit fee.
